Customers see shorter wait times, while reviewers see an increase in production

By using Qapter, United Auto reports that customers are seeing reduced wait times, while surveyors have significantly improved their production.

After an accident occurs, the policyholder submits their own images via Qapter’s Guided Image Capture process, helping the user capture the best quality photos using patented vehicle masks.

Using these photos and an unrivaled global vehicle repair database of more than 100 million images, Qapter’s visual intelligence combines machine learning, Solera’s proprietary Repair Science™ algorithm, and A2E, Solera’s automated scoring engine, to generate a preliminary estimate in three minutes.

Qapter’s innovative “Inside-Out” methodology builds the estimate from the car’s innermost damaged parts and automatically incorporates the manufacturer’s recommended operations, while eliminating duplicate operations and increasing accuracy.
